How do I find a lifeEXPERIENCE?

• Click on the Region you would like to purchase the lifeEXPERIENCE from. Then select a category (romance, pamper, family fun, adventure. etc.). Review the lifeEXPERIENCE packages at your leisure or use the GiftMatcher on the Home page. 

Where can I buy lifeEXPERIENCES?

• Here on the website.
• At participating Shoppers Drug Mart, Zellers, Longos, and Walmart stores.

What payment methods to you accept?

• We accept Visa and Mastercard. To combat fraud we require the credit card billing address to be used.
• We accept lifeEXPERIENCE or Gift Experience Boutique $50 or $100 cash cards.

Do lifeEXPERIENCE's have an expiry date?

• Yes, twelve months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the website or as per Provincial Law. 

How are the lifeEXPERIENCES delivered?

• Moments after your purchase is approved your lifeEXPERIENCE will be emailed to you as an attachment.

Are there restrictions that need to be considered?

• Some lifeEXPERIENCES have weight or height restrictions for the safety of the participant.
• There may be blackout dates at some overnight lifeEXPERIENCE's. These are noted in the package details or terms and conditions.

I've received a lifeEXPERIENCE, how do I book a date?

• The providers contact information is on the lifeEXPERIENCE package. Please contact the provider directly for booking and questions.

Can I use my lifeEXPERIENCE at any of the providers?

• Unfortunately no. The lifeEXPERIENCE must be used at the defined provider.

Can I return my lifeEXPERIENCE for a refund?

• All lifeEXPERIENCE sales are final.

Can I give my lifeEXPERIENCE to someone else?

• Yes, lifeEXPERIENCE's are designed to indulge for yourself or give to someone else.
