How does the service work?
An assessment is made of your family's favourite foods and nutritional needs.
You select entrees from our extensive menu, as well as the days you would like the Chef to attend at your home. These menu choices are to be submitted a minimum of 5 days prior to the Chef attending your home. The Chef does the grocery shopping, attends at your home to make your selected entrees, leaves the entrees packed in individual containers, and leaves the kitchen clean

Why not just eat out?
Nutritional value of restaurant food is questionable. There is no assurance about the sanitary condition of the kitchen or whether the person that prepared your food was trained in proper food handling techniques and hygiene. Our Chefs prepare your food in your own home, and they are all certified in safe food handling and hygiene, and ensure that only fresh ingredients are used.

Although we will do our best to accommodate requests, the dates and locations are subject to the availability of our Personal Chefs.
The personal chefs are contracted with The Chef Alliance, a customer agrees not to obtain services with the chef directly.
Bookings are for Monday to Thursday daytime only.
Travel over 20KM maybe billed at time of booking.
Statutory Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and New Year’s Eve may be subject to an additional charge.
All prices quoted at subject to GST.
At the time of booking, the Client will inform The Chef Alliance of all allergies and dietary restrictions.
Gratuities are customary, and are payable at the time of booking at a rate of 20%.
By booking the Service, the Client releases and holds harmless The Chef Alliance and its licensees from all claims forseen or unforeseen, sustained, incurred, suffered directly or indirectly, or in any way or manner whatsoever, as a result of, caused by, or related to the delivery of the Service.
The Chef Alliance makes every attempt to ensure that our Chefs meet the highest of standards, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. The Chefs are independent businesses, and are not employees of The Chef Alliance. The Chefs are solely responsible for the Service provided.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be subject to a Cancellation Fee of $50.
This offer is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
This Certificate is only redeemable for the outlined Service and may not be redeemed for cash.
This Certificate has no implied warranties.
Retail Account Marketing Management Inc. shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, loss, misfortune or damage of any kind (to property or person) relating to any aspect of the above services.
