Canyoning: A great canyoning classic for all experience levels, from pure beginner to adventurer. After an introduction clinic to rappel on rope, you will abseil in two vertical falls of 12 and 19 meters, monitored by professional guides. 

Ice Canyoning: Hike along the frozen Jean-Larose river with professional canyoning guides down to the great 41 meters cascade. Basic course on ice cascade abseiling with crampons.

1. After receiving your certificate, please call the experience provider to book your reservation.
2. Identify that you are booking a LifeExperiences package and quote the number on your certificate. 
3. Be sure to bring the certificate with you. It is your method of payment.

• In the warm months you should bring your bathing suit and running shoes and in the winter months bring your winter gear and sturdy boots
