Easy as 1-2-3:

1. After receiving your certificate, please call the experience provider to book your reservation.
2. Identify that you are booking a LifeExperiences package and quote the number on your certificate. 
3. Be sure to bring the certificate with you. It is your method of payment.

• Must call to make reservation.
• Vaild for two years from the date of purchase.
• Certificate is valid only for for the outlined services.
• 72 hours cancellation policy or fee up to the offer price will apply.
• May rebook only once.
• Maximum two people allowed in simulator at one time. Flying time may be split between participants.
• All Simulator Experiences take place aboard the B 777- 200ER Model Flight Simulator.  52 minutes.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value.
• No refunds for experiences cancelled in less than 72 hours/no show missed appointments.
• Flight will depart from Toronto International Airport and will fly over Toronto.
